This is a public service announcement directed at anyone who might know the whereabouts of General Tso or his (admittedly delicious) chicken. We have searched tirelessly along the crowded streets of Hong Kong and Kowloon, but try as we have, no luck.

We were told that Americanized “Chinese” food was different from the real thing, but General Tso sounded pretty authentic to me. Maybe we are just spelling it wrong- but after searching for General Tsau, General Tzo, and General Toe it seems that they are also missing in action.
